Have been on a coffee and food kick as of late. One of the things I enjoy the most! I'm not a big eater myself, but coffee is a necessity for me! Here's a round up of my coffee gram for the past month.

Yay for warmer weather approaching! Unfortunately in Wellington specifically, warm weather does not come until November! Atleast it is getting brighter every day and sunny through out the week.

This past few months has been quite full on. I don't know where the days has gone but I can't believe its half a year already! Work has pretty much taken over my life which is a good or bad thing. Good because I get to save extra, bad because I don't have time to do other things. In between day offs I've been out and about and luckily it always falls on a sunny day.

March has been great and definitely the month where I have been so productive and spent most days outdoors. Fun little activities, festivals, and of course food! This year's autumn is definitely the best - we were given great weather, festivals, and good food!

This past weekend was pretty eventful. I had a good 3 days off work and it was nice to finally catch up with my two favorite boys.

iPhone Snaps & Bits: Gold Coast and Theme Parks 2015

Second part of my recent summer getaway to Brisbane. If you follow me on Instgram (@meetmariee), you probably already saw some of these photos. Towards the end of our trip, we travelled to Gold Coast and stayed for a couple of days to see my mum. On the day we arrived, the beach is closed because of the upcoming cyclone, so we just hang around the shopping area. Golly gosh shopping centers close at 10pm everyday!! We had a great time despite the heavy rain (apparently Cyclone Marcia hit Northern Queensland quite badly). If you are in Gold Coast, theme parks are the best place to visit! Sadly, we did not get to enjoy the rides as much as half of the theme parks are closed due to excessive rain. I had a great time  and would totally go back, and this time when its fully sunny!

I was pretty stoked that this year is one of the best summers we have for a very long time. One week of consecutive sunshine and intensely hot weather. Last weekend, we travelled up to Kapiti Coast to visit family and spent 3days in the area.

Start of 2015 and I'm excited what it has to offer. We did not do anything exciting to welcome the new year. Work has pretty much taken over and it sucks to have it that way. Though things will change this 2015! I have decided to focus more in making great content for you guys, also to really sit down and have time to myself.

Haven't posted one of this in awhile. Events from January to early days of March! I didn't do much over spring as work pretty much took over. iPhone Snaps & Bits JUL-AUG 2013

Hello lovelies! It's been awhile since I last updated in here and it is so good to be back. I thought I would slowly get back into posting with what has been happening in my life in the past 2 months. Weekend routine is composed of coffee, food, catching up with old friends, and good sunny days in Wellington! I can finally say that winter is over and summer is fast approaching! Looking forward to cool adventures and activities for summer.

Top 5 iPhone Apps

Every now and then I like to download new apps that can help me get inspired, keep organized, and to keep in touch with what's going on with the world. I feel like its great to join a cyber society where you can feel good about yourself and unknowingly inspire people in so many different ways.  

Here are some of my favourite iPhone Apps:

INSTAGRAM

BEAUTYLISH

This is a community of beauty enthusiasts. It has five different categories where you can get inspired by photos, watching videos, or reading beauty reviews of new beauty products. This is also very helpful and informative especially when you're in the hunt of trying out products that is best for your skin.

FLIPBOARD

This is like an online news paper/ magazine. I like the fact that you can customized what categories you want to read based on your interests. If you don't have one of these, get it now so you know what I'm talking about.

POSE

This a social media app for fashion enthusiasts. It's amazing because every post you do, you can tag items and state what brand they are. I think this is very comparable to Hautelook where you can buy the whole outfit or buy bits and pieces. It directs you to the website link where you can purchase the products listed.

STUFF NZ

This is an online newspaper which is available to both Android and Iphone users. This is great when you're the "on the go" type of person which has got a little or no time to watch tele for news update. I like this app a lot as it is very handy and updates you on whats happening nationwide or internationally.

These are the top apps I regularly visit from day to day whenever I have a spare time or while waiting at the bus stop or just chilling at a coffee shop.
