iPhone Snaps & Bits JUL-AUG 2013

Hello lovelies! It's been awhile since I last updated in here and it is so good to be back. I thought I would slowly get back into posting with what has been happening in my life in the past 2 months. Weekend routine is composed of coffee, food, catching up with old friends, and good sunny days in Wellington! I can finally say that winter is over and summer is fast approaching! Looking forward to cool adventures and activities for summer.

Hope you guys are having a wonderful weekend!

iphone Snaps & Bits

March and April are probably the highlight of my 2013. I moved to a new place around Easter which happened too fast that I did not have time to organize what to pack! Ofcourse easter won't be complete without treats! I literally devoured the whole box of goodies except for cinamon and mint flavoured chocolates which I hate. Wellington has been getting the best sunset in autumn and a warmish weather which is absolutely great, considering that the weather can change drastically in one day! Now that I'm all settled, looking forward to new things to come!

iphone Snaps & Bits 2013

2012 has been good to me. Made decisions that changed my life, plans that I will definitely look forward to in the future and of course moments where you just have to stop and take a deep breathe. I welcomed 2013 with a very positive attitude! I figured its never too late to change, to be grateful, and to appreciate! These photos were taken all over the place. From Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Wellington.

This is a follow up of my last blog post here. I have been so lazy and unmotivated lately but I'm trying to get back and update more!

Thanks for stopping by and will think of a good post to not bore you guys! See you in my next post!

iPhone Snaps & Bits

The past few days, weather in Wellington has been great! It was windy yet warm and this is a first for the month of September since I have been in Wellington. I purchased this app called Vintique and so far it has been my favorite photography app! The filter I used for this is called "beamed". Having an iPhone gives you an opportunity to snap and post the photos straight away without losing or forgetting them. It is also very convenient to use as you don't have to carry DSLR which is big and heavy.  I took it for test shots and here's the outcome. :)

Thanks for stopping by.

What I did on a Sunday

Sunday is a chill day for me as I don't have work and I get to spend time with family and bf. But this past Sunday was a bit different as me and mum attended her friend's daughter's christening. Its good to meet new people in this kind of occasion as I don't really mingle that much. Sunday market was good as we get to buy fresh fruit and vegetables! What did you do on a Sunday?

Out & About: BAOBAB CAFE

A rainy Saturday and me and my boyfriend is still in the hunt for our new flat. Its so tiring and exhausting especially on a cold day so we decided to find a warm place where we can have hot drink and relax. We came across this vegetarian cafe called Baobab cafe which is located in Riddiford St. Newtown. They have recently expanded the place and set up a cozy couch by the window. They often have jazz band play at night time depending on the occasion. The place itself is very warm and comfortable. The coffee and food is good too! They also have a selection of dish which is served with meat depending on customer's choice. Definitely worth checking out to see for yourself what they can offer!

I love this bench with shelves and the height is ideal in storing the ottoman.

In love with this vintage lead of their sugar container!

A Family's FIRST Part 2

Second part of our South Island trip. We drove down to Ashburton, Timaru, and back to Christchurch. The park that we stopped by was magnificent. It feels like we are in the movies with golden leaves falling from big trees.

This day was very windy but despite all that, I like taking photos of my brother and the scenery itself. I would love to visit this place again one day.
