Suit up and enjoy the heat!

This past few days we have been getting temperatures from 20-28 degrees which is pretty unusual for Wellington! I must say this is also one of my first times dipping into the ocean, showering cold water, and blasting the fan! Though a few people would complain that it can get a little too hot, I on the other hand is pretty happy and loving every bit of it. We don't get this much good weather consecutively, and the fact that we get to enjoy the ocean is already amazing! My agenda every day off is going to the beach. There is something relaxing about it and the water takes all the stress and anxiety away. Think of it as holiday every day!

Since the heat can be a lot stronger, I suggest putting on SPF every now and then. Also if you're tanning, don't stay under the sun far too long! I learned it the hard way when I got my first ever sunburn and it is awful! Other than that, have fun and make the most of summer!

iPhone Snaps & Bits: GET TOASTED 2015

Start of 2015 and I'm excited what it has to offer. We did not do anything exciting to welcome the new year. Work has pretty much taken over and it sucks to have it that way. Though things will change this 2015! I have decided to focus more in making great content for you guys, also to really sit down and have time to myself.

Out & About: Overwhelming Tea Selection at T2

I'm more of a coffee person myself and when it comes to tea, I buy the most generic brand you can find at supermarkets! If there's any standard flavor I like, I do enjoy the zesty green tea. There has been so many hypes about the teas but I never really jumped in the bandwagon. While walking through town trying to buy a present for a family member's birthday, we stopped by and had a look at this huge tea shop called T2. My oh my, the amount of different flavored teas they have is absolutely exceptional! I don't even know where to start! When you first walk into the store, the interior is so inviting. Everything is inspired by organic style and by nature. They not only sell teas, they also sell different tea pots made from all over the world! This place is not cheap at all! The teas ranges from $20 up to $50 which is crazy! I wouldn't think I would spend a ridiculous amount of money over tea but I guess its worth a try.

Ofcourse, they must have the little goodies that gets you when you're about to pay! They are so cute and colorful!

Since it is lose tea leaves, thought I would purchase this strainer which is so cute! It looks just like any ordinary tea strainer, but what I love about it is the rubber grip that helps you hold it in place while applying pressure to open the top bit. Another thing I got is the tea tin and a scoop for storage which I think is very cool!

I purchased the Gorgeous Geisha which is a flavored green tea. It has a strong sweet scent but the taste is very mild with a hint of berry flavor. I also got a second flavor which is one of their limited edition tea in Cherry White.

So far I'm liking the flavor that I got and I look forward to purchasing more flavors in the future.

Have you tried any teas from T2? Which one is your favorite?
