Moisturisers are key to have the best skin you can possibly have. Not only it will nourish the skin but also slow down ageing and giving back the hydration that the skin needs in order to function. I'm not claiming to know everything nor being a professional aesthetician but I've learned a whole lot of things in the search for the moisturiser that works best for my oily / acne prone skin. 

TRAVEL SKINCARE MUST-HAVES FOR MY ACNE-PRONE SKIN

I spent the last week of 2015 out of town with family and it was amazing! A much needed getaway to relax and unwind. My skin was not doing so well for the past couple of months, one because i'm trying a bunch of stuff that caused irritation to my skin, two I stopped using my holy grail products which is the dumbest move I've ever made! I also managed to get a sunburn on my face on Christmas Day which is a bit sad. I did put on sunscreen but I guess it wasn't strong enough to be able to protect my face against New Zealand sun. Oh what a bummer!

CURRENT FAVORITES : On-the-go Products

I don't typically follow trends or tags but after watching / reading so many favorites, I thought I would share mine too! My favorites are basically the same except for maybe one or two products that are in rotation depending on what I feel like. I used to be a fan of full coverage, super matte look mainly because I was suffering from bad acne (biggest insecurity ever) and wanted to mask that all away.

Skincare is the rarest thing I feature in this blog. Having sensitive skin, it limits my capability to try new skincare products every now and then. So if I find something that works great, I will repurchase it over and over again. Loreal Paris recently came out with new skin care line called the Skin Perfection. I have heard and read so many talk about the Youth Code skincare line but unfortunately I have not tried any of them. I feel like Loreal's skin care line is either a hit or miss. This line has been out in the US forever! Disadvantage of living down under, new product launches are late.
