We've all been there, where we can't think straight, no motivation, we feel down because of insecurities, or just under the weather in general. It is easy to say we're okay when we are definitely not! We can only take in so much that our mind gets all cluttered that will lead to negative thoughts which can affect yourself and the people around you.
Here are few things I do to get back on the positive kick:
1. Go for a walk.
2. Read self-help books for inspiration and reminder to be positive.
3. Write things you're grateful for.
4. Step away from social media for at least an hour.
5. Grab a coffee.
6. Plan your to do lists.
7. Create a schedule.
8. Take a deep breathe.
