THE FACE With E.L.F

Did a major clean up today and I totally forgot I did a huge E.L.F Cosmetics order 3weeks ago! Crazy I know! Browsing through the goodies and I picked the products that I wanted to try for today. E.L.F Cosmetics is one of my absolute favorite drugstore brand.
My first ever E.L.F purchase were their brow kit, matte lip color, and a few blushes. I have to say the blushes would be my top favorite from the brand. The shades and quality are almost dupes to NARS blushes! For such a low price with great quality products, you can never go wrong with it! Packaging wise, the studio line has that slick black packaging which reminds me a bit of NARS too!

Starting off with the lip conditioner. Oh man how come I didn't purchase this any sooner? This balm is highly pigmented, smooth, and indeed conditioning to the lips! I got the color peaceful pink which is perfect for subtle everyday pop of color.

If you haven't tried any single eyeshadows from E.L.F, I suggest you should! Being a neutral girl, of course I got two colors which I know I can get a ton of wear. First one is oatmeal which is a gold champagne color good for highlight/ lid color. The second one is coffee bean which is a bronze color which can be good for crease/outer v/lid color. Both looks too shimmery/chunky glitters in the pan but once you swatch them, they are finely mild and gives of a perfect sheen . Surprisingly, they are smooth and very blend able considering they only cost $3!

The concealer is great for covering blemishes but certainly not around the under eye area as it creases after a couple of hours of application. The consistency is a bit watery but thick enough to cover spots (hence the name) and it blends wonderfully into the skin. I got the shade nude as it is the closest shade to my skin tone.

And finally the blush in mellow mauve. The shade looks peachy in this photo, but the color is a bit of dusty rose in real life. The finish is definitely matte, and highly pigmented. I like how it shows up natural on my skin tone, and you can definitely build up the application to get the desire color intensity.

What is your favorite product from E.L.F?
