Save your cuticles, Anytime, Anywhere

One of the insecurities I have is something to do with nails. I have very brittle nails and dry cuticles which resulted from over washing my hands. It also involves  bad habit of peeling my nails and picking dry bits around the cuticle which is a NO NO! Nail polish also chips after half a day of applying them on my nails, which is very frustrating. I have tried every hand cream, nail oil that's out in the market but nothing seems to work permanently. I once resorted to using olive oil which works great but the greasiness put me off.

One day, while hovering over the beauty and skin care isle of the department store, I found the product that I needed with hopes of being the "it" product! BADGER Cuticle Care Balm is a certified organic that helps soothe and moisturize your cuticles. This pocket size product retails for $11.00NZD and you can find them at Farmers or any pharmacy and organic store. The balm is enriched with shea butter, with blends other good stuff (beeswax, castor oil, rosemary, mandarin, etc.). What I love about this balm is that, it soaks right into your cuticles and does not leave any greasy residue. Though the taste (yes! I've tasted it! when I try to eat after applying the balm in my cuticles and nails!) and scent is not the nicest, I quite enjoy the look of my nails after applying this balm. It leaves a long lasting moisture in your cuticles even after a couple of washes. The packaging is small and thin that it won't take up so much space in your purse. You can basically put this in your pocket or carry it with you so when your cuticles and nails needs some moisture, it is handy and there to the rescue! It dramatically lessen the peeling of my nails which is great!

So far, I'm enjoying this product and have been using it for nearly 2months now and I barely made a dent! You need the tiniest bit! Another cuticle product I'm eyeing is the LUSH Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter which smells divine.

Have you got any hand, nails cream that you are currently loving?

Thanks for stopping by!
xx CARMELA
