My first time ever to watch Christmas Parade in Wellington. I was amazed by the diversity of culture and also the mascots. I felt like a kid again especially when I see Shrek which is my all time favourite cartoon character, Tweety Bird and Bugs Bunny, Mickey Mouse etc. The parade started in Lambton Quay and goes to Manners st which is their last stop. So many kids running around asking for hi5s! The photos are a bit low quality because I wasn't able to bring my camera so my apologies.

The weather that day was surprisingly warm but of course windy. Everyone is having fun especially the kids! (it is obviously for the kids anyway LOL). And the most awaited part of the parade, Santa Claus and the reindeer.
I was a bit disappointed because they didn't end the parade properly. It would be cool if they had another marching band at the end with dancers so that way it's not very obvious.
